James Gromann joined the firm as an associate in 2021 and practices primarily in the firm’s real estate law department. Prior to joining the firm, James practiced commercial real estate law in New York City at a firm representing clients in matters including the acquisition, sale, financing, development and leasing of commercial properties.While in law school, James gained experience through the Brooklyn Law School Incubator and Policy Clinic advising emerging tech and startup companies in entity formation, trademark filings and Internet privacy.
