Mr. Schlossberg has represented hundreds of clients in all stages of the business life cycle, including buying and selling businesses, transferring of family business interest, debt and equity financings for closely held businesses, employment matters, and counseling the closely held business owner. He has served as a board member and/or special advisor to many diverse companies.Mr. Schlossberg’s estate planning practice is devoted to assisting individuals of high-net-worth, especially the closely-held business owner, in arranging their assets for tax-effective and efficient transfer. This area of practice also includes complete estate administration services.Mr. Schlossberg represents clients in diverse industries, including but not limited to financial services, distributors, manufacturers, and automobile dealers.

Professional Activities & Affiliations

Mr. Schlossberg’s distinguished career includes being a former member of the Taxation Law Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Norfolk County Estate and Business Planning Council (Director, Treasurer and President), the National Association of Estate Planners (Accredited Estate Planner “AEP” designation), approved attorney for First American Title Insurance Company, Director and Treasurer of Old Colony Hospice, and Chairman of the Town of Sharon Industrial and Finance Commission. Mr. Schlossberg has been admitted to practice at the United States Tax Court and Federal Bar and is currently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
