Lisa focuses her practice on intellectual property, corporate law, employment law, and commercial transactions. She advises clients on a wide range of matters, including licensing and software agreements, intellectual property ownership and assignment, trademark protection, employment-related issues, and distribution and reseller agreements. Her clients range from individual entrepreneurs and early-stage startups to large, established companies across a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, and professional services.For many years, Lisa served as in-house corporate counsel for a high-tech software startup, where she played a key role in expanding both the legal department and the company into a multinational operation. Following her corporate career, she founded and successfully managed her own law practice before joining Schlossberg.Lisa is dedicated to building strong, long-term client relationships by developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and challenges. She takes into account the perspectives of opposing parties to maintain a balanced approach, enabling practical, business-focused solutions while protecting her clients’ legal interests.
