Patrick focuses his practice on the full business lifecycle. Patrick helps clients – ranging from individual entrepreneurs and family-operated businesses to private companies – with the formation, capitalization, restructuring, and growth of their businesses; including matters including mergers and acquisitions, negotiating commercial agreements, creating stockholder and employee agreements, and navigating the winding-down procedures as clients transition out of business ownership.
