Attorney Wolf oversees the firm’s real estate practice and represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of property acquisition and disposition, including entity formation and entity agreements, financing, zoning and permitting review, tax free exchanges, and title matters. Scott’s practice also includes providing estate planning advice to his clients as well as probate and trust administration. Scott is also admitted to practice law in Florida, focusing on estate planning, probate, and residency matters, and he maintains an active referral network for matters requiring local counsel. Throughout his career, Scott has been actively involved in the firm’s business practice, including corporate finance, shareholder and LLC member matters, contract negotiations and employment-related matters. A Newton resident, Scott enjoys skiing, racquet sports, anything involving a beach, and spending time with his family.
