Schlossberg, LLC welcomes associate, Lisa Treiber, as a member of the firm’s Employment Law and Civil Litigation/Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. She counsels national, regional and local employers on a wide variety of employment matters and defends employers in a variety of complex discrimination cases, including multi-plaintiff discrimination lawsuits, and EEOC pattern and practice cases.

Schlossberg, LLC welcomes associate, Kathryn E. Martin, as a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Estate Administration Practice Groups. Kathryn assists diverse clients with establishing comprehensive estate plans to address probate avoidance, asset protection, business succession planning, and tax planning among other goals, while ensuring their estates are left to persons and/or charities of their choosing, according to terms that align with their wishes. Kathryn also works closely with clients to navigate the probate court administrative process for their loved ones, and to guide efficient trust administration.

Schlossberg, LLC welcomes new associate, Jordan A. Walsh, as a member of the firm’s Business Law/Commercial Transactions/M&A Practice Group. Jordan counsels clients on all day-to-day business matters, such as formation of new businesses, expansion of existing businesses, shareholder and member transfer agreements, and various other aspects of corporate and business law.
